To determine the expected delivery date of an order, you can use the formula: Pickup Date + Service Level Agreement (SLA). Additionally, you can access the Delivery Date by following these steps:
On the interface, locate and click on 'All Shipments' in the left panel.
Find the specific order you are interested in and click on its details.
Within the order details, you will find all the relevant information, including the Estimated Delivery Date.
