How to create a shipment request?

To initiate a request for picking up a shipment, follow these steps:

Access the Shipments section located on the left panel of the interface.

Within the Shipments section, click on "Create Shipments."

Depending on the nature of the shipment, choose either "Forward" or "Reverse" as the shipment type.

Proceed to provide all the necessary details under the following sections: Shipment Details, Shipment Items, Customer Details, and PickUp Location.

The PickUp Location will be automatically saved by default. However, if you wish to add a new pickup location, there is an option available to do so.

Once you have filled in all the required information and ensured its accuracy, click on the "Create" button situated at the bottom right corner of the screen.
