To view the balance in your wallet, locate and click on the Finance button in the left panel of the interface, and then click on Wallet. The visibility of your wallet balance depends on the type of wallet you have—prepaid or postpaid.
If your wallet type is prepaid, upon clicking the Wallet button, you will be able to see your current wallet balance. This balance represents the funds available for you to use for transactions and services.
On the other hand, if your wallet type is postpaid, clicking on the Wallet button will display the due balance associated with your account. This due balance reflects the amount you owe for the services or transactions you have utilized within the billing cycle. It serves as a reminder of the outstanding payment that needs to be settled.
