There are four methods available to obtain comprehensive information regarding your shipment:
1. Shipment Status Split
2. Revenue - Shipping Cost Trend
3. Revenue - Shipping Cost Zone Wise Split
4. All Shipments Scatter
First select the timeline for which you want to observe the insights, find the image of timeline for reference below.
1. Shipment Status Split
This feature provides an overview of your total shipments and their current status. It presents a comprehensive snapshot of your entire order history.
2. Revenue - Shipping Cost Trend
This is the depiction of shipping cost as a percentage of invoice value of all orders placed on ProShip platform, you can observe the general pattern of what is the percentage of shipping cost with respect to total revenue generated on any given day.
3. Revenue - Shipping Cost Zone Wise Split
This functionality allows you to analyze your performance on a zone-by-zone basis. The system categorizes shipments into five zones: WITHIN STATE, SPECIAL, ROI, METROS, and LOCAL. By utilizing this split, you can assess the amount spent on shipping costs in different zones during the specified timeline.
4. All Shipments Scatter
This feature provides a scatter plot of all shipments, offering three filter options for customization: Status, Zones, Order.
You can adjust all these filters according to your needs to obtain a comprehensive overview of the efficiency of your order delivery process. Furthermore, you will gain a detailed view of each specific order, including information such as the zone, courier, turn-around time (TAT), status, pickup pin code, and drop location.
Moreover, if you wish to access detailed information about any particular order, simply click on the corresponding dot, and it will provide you with complete details of that specific order.
