What Insights can I get from Performance Dashboard?

There are several methods available to obtain comprehensive information regarding your shipment:

1. COURIER ALLOCATION 

2. DELIVERY ATTEMPT IN/OUT TAT
3. DELIVERY IN/OUT TAT
4. SHIPMENT STATUS SPLIT 

5. COURIER ALLOCATION (MODE OF PAYMENT)
6. COURIER WISE SHIPMENT STATUS 

7. ZONE WISE DELIVERED SHIPMENTS

First select the timeline (month) for which you want to observe the insights, find the image of the timeline for reference below.



1. Courier Allocation

This provides the information on which courier partners are allocated to deliver your orders overall for the selected timeline.


2. Delivery Attempt IN/OUT TAT

This provides information on how was the overall performance of your assigned courier partners in terms of an attempt at Delivery.


TAT IN: It indicates, that a delivery attempt was made within the agreed SLA.

TAT OUT: It indicates, that a delivery attempt was not made within the agreed SLA.


The overall percentage of TAT IN/OUT in terms of the Delivery Attempt of your assigned courier partners can be gauged.


3. Delivery IN/OUT TAT

This provides information on how was the overall performance of your assigned courier partners in terms of Final Delivery.


TAT IN: It indicates, that delivery was complete within the agreed SLA.

TAT OUT: It indicates, that delivery did not complete within the agreed SLA.


The overall percentage of TAT IN/OUT in terms of the Final Delivery of your assigned courier partners can be gauged.


4. Shipment Status Split

This provides information on what is the status of overall shipments for the selected timeline. 

It categorizes the status into 6 parts, which further encompass the certain statuses as assigned below:-


  1. ORDER PLACED: ORDER PLACED , PICKUP_PENDING, OUT_FOR_PICKUP, PICKUP_FAILED, MANIFESTED, AWB_REGISTERED, AWB registered on Proship

  2. INTRANSIT: INTRANSIT, SHIPMENT_DELAYED, CONTACT_CUSTOMER_CARE, SHIPMENT_HELD, PICKED_UP, OUT_FOR_DELIVERY

  3. DELIVERED: DELIVERED

  4. RTO: RTO_REQUESTED, RTO, RTO_INTRANSIT, RTO_CONTACT_CUSTOMER_CARE, RTO_SHIPMENT_DELAY, RTO_OUT_FOR_DELIVERY, RTO_FAILED, RTO_DELIVERED, DAMAGED, NOT_SERVICEABLE

  5. DELIVERY FAILED: FAILED_DELIVERY

  6. CANCELLED: CANCELLED_ORDER


The overall percentage of shipments in RTO, Delivered can be gauged.


5. Courier Allocation(Mode of Payment)

This provides the information on the overall split of COD & PREPAID shipments, specific to your assigned courier partners.

6. Courier Wise Shipment Status

This provides information on the percentage of shipments based on their statuses, specific to your assigned courier partners.


7. Zone Wise Delivered Shipments

This provides the information on the count/percentage of shipments assigned to your courier partner, the count/percentage of shipments delivered, segregated based on Zone.
