WMS Setup and Onboarding 

 Request Initiation (ETA: 3 Working Days)

  1. FTR Team raises a request to create a new WMS instance for the brand.

  2. The Support Team begins the setup process upon receiving complete onboarding data.


 Onboarding Data Required from Client

Clients must submit an onboarding datasheet containing:

  1. Item Master: SKU codes, descriptions, bundled SKUs, and bundle definitions

  2. Vendor Master: Names, contact details, GSTINs, and addresses

  3. Customer Master (B2B only): Names, addresses, and contacts

  4. Warehouse Location Details: Warehouse name, address, contact details

  5. User Login Info: Names, mobile numbers, email addresses, roles

  6. Basic Brand Details: Email, address, logo, GSTIN

  7. Packing Box Master: Box types, sizes, weight, dimensions

  8. HSN Master: HSN codes, tax slabs


Master Data Upload

  1. The support team validates and uploads the master data shared by the client.

  2. Data is uploaded into the WMS backend and cross-checked for completeness.



 WMS Configuration (ETA: 1 Working Day)

Once the WMS tenant is created, the support team configures the following:

Configurable Settings

  1. Channel Setup: Enable D2C, B2B, and marketplace channels

  2. GRN & Putaway: Choose between single-unit or bulk putaway workflows

  3. Shelf Life Tolerance: Set at SKU level via Settings > Tolerance

  4. Batching: Enable/disable batching at item level

  5. Custom Fields: Add via Settings > Custom Fields

Any configurations required for ERP integrations
