Order Allocation & Delivery Rules (Shopify / D2C Only)
Optional configuration for brands using D2C channels like Shopify:
Order Routing by Pincode: Auto-distribution of orders to the nearest warehouse
Data required - pincode wise warehouse allocation rules
Settings → Order Allocation
Same Day / Next Day Delivery (SDD/NDD): Define pin code sets with premium delivery SLAs
Support team should be informed if a the last mile is managed by Prozo (Proship) or any additional shipping provider
