Bundling / Kitting -Unbundling

Bundling

To create a bundling order:

1. Go to: Other Documents → Create New Document
   
   

2. Select Document Type: Physical Bundle Creation Order

3. Once the document is created, on the next screen add “Bundle” SKU in the order 

1. The WMS will break it into the child items 

1. Go back to Documents screen , click on generate picklist 

1. Carry out the picking from picklist tab 

2.  Go back to the documents screen and click on "complete VAS order” icon against the order

1. Click on print icon (Mandatory)to print bundle barcodes 

1. “Complete VAS” on the bottom

Putaway of Bundles

1. After completing the bundling order, WMS auto opens a putway for bundled items 

2. Go to Inbound → Putaway → Complete the putaway for bundles items 
   
   

3. After this entire transaction the child item inventory will go down and bundle items inventory will go up as per the bundle transaction qty 

Note: Only one bundle item (multiple qty) can be added in a bundling order 

Unbundling

1. Similar to bundling, but performed when bundles need to be broken down into child items.
   
   

2. Follow the same document flow via Other Documents.and choose the  order type as Unbundling order

1. Carry out picking of bundle items and then complete the putaway for unbundled child items 

1. After this entire transaction the bundle inventory will go down and child items inventory will go up as per the unbundling transaction qty
