Order Priority
This works for D2C as well as B2B orders
Order priority allows users to manually prioritize a specific order or set of orders, ensuring they are processed ahead of others even if their SLA is later than other orders.
How to Set:
Users can set an order’s priority from the All Orders screen by clicking the Set Priority button next to the desired order.
Priority Range:
Priority can be set from 1 to 100, where 1 indicates the highest priority and **100 is the lowest.
Processing Impact:
On order processing screens, orders are automatically sorted in descending priority order, so high-priority orders appear at the top for faster action.
