To track your orders in ProShip, you can follow these steps:
Home Page Access: Click on the home page menu located on the left panel of the ProShip interface. This will open the information dashboard.
Select Shipments: On the dashboard, locate and select the "Shipments" option. This will take you to the shipments page, where you can manage and track your shipments.
AWB Number Search: In the shipments page, you will find a search bar. Enter the Air Waybill (AWB) number of the specific shipment you want to track in the search bar. The AWB number is a unique identifier assigned to each shipment.
Track Single Shipment: By entering the AWB number and initiating the search, you will be able to track the progress and status of the particular shipment.
Track Multiple Shipments: If you need to track multiple shipments simultaneously, ProShip allows you to upload an excel sheet containing the relevant information. Look for the "Track" button on the shipments page, and below it, you will find a sample excel sheet that provides guidance on the required format and data fields.
Upload Excel Sheet: Prepare an excel sheet with the necessary shipment details as per the provided sample format. Then, upload the excel sheet using the appropriate functionality in ProShip.
Track Uploaded Shipments: Once the excel sheet is uploaded, ProShip will process the data and track the shipments specified in the sheet, allowing you to monitor multiple shipments at once.
By following these steps, you can easily track your orders in ProShip, either by searching for individual shipments using the AWB number or by uploading an excel sheet to track multiple shipments simultaneously. This functionality provides you with real-time visibility and control over the status of your shipments.
