How does QC work in RTO orders?

Modified on Tue, 27 Jun, 2023 at 2:19 PM

When a client opts for RTO, Prozo's warehouse team ensures that the package undergoes quality checks to assess its condition. This may include inspecting the package for any damages, verifying its contents, or checking for compliance with the client's specific guidelines.

The Quality Control (QC) procedures will be conducted based on the client's specified guidelines. Similar to how Prozo performs QC on inbound SKUs, segregating them into good and bad bins, the same process is followed for RTO packages. However, it's important for the client to provide the specific parameters for the QC process during the onboarding process.
