Where can I check RTO orders on the ProShip?

To review the RTO (Return to Origin) orders on Proship, follow these steps:

  1. On the interface, locate and click on "Shipments" in the left panel.

  2. Once you've clicked on "Shipments," you will be directed to a new page or section.

  3. Within this section, look for the button labeled "RTO" and click on it.

  4. By clicking on the "RTO" button, you will be presented with a list or display of all the orders that fall under the RTO category.
