How to take action on your NDR?

To address a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) and take necessary actions, you can access the NDR section in the left panel of the interface. 
Within this section, you will discover all the pending NDR orders listed. From there, you have the opportunity to proceed with two actions: 
Reattempt or RTO (Return to Origin):-

When selecting the Reattempt option, you gain access to various fields for updating the address, landmark, drop pin code, phone number, preferred delivery date. This enables you to make necessary modifications to ensure a successful delivery of the order.

Alternatively, if you choose the RTO action, you can simply click on the RTO button. Subsequently, a confirmation screen will appear, and you will be prompted to select "YES" if you are certain about initiating the RTO process for the order.
