ProWMS Release Notes - September, 2023

Overview

With this latest release, we are excited to present new features designed to enhance your warehouse management experience, accompanied by numerous improvements aimed at enhancing performance and reliability across the board.

New  Features


  • B2C Returns: Claimable quantity and Proof of Damage

    • A new feature has been added in the B2C Returns section to record the claimable quantity, i.e., the quantity of returned items for which the brand can raise a claim on the marketplace.

    • The Returns section now also allows the users to upload “Proof of damage” to support the claim for these claimable returned items.

    • A new column called "Claimed" has been introduced in the “Returns Reports”, displaying the quantity of claimed items across all the returned orders.


  • Bin On-Hold Feature

    • The WMS now includes a "Hold Bin" function, allowing the user to temporarily suspend the picking of items from a specific bin for order fulfillment. 

    • To activate this feature, simply navigate to Warehouse > Bins and click the "Hold Bin" button present against the desired bin.


  • Flipkart OTC & Manifest

    • WMS is now integrated with Flipkart to fetch the One-Time Code (OTC) for pickup and return processes, as well as the manifest. 

    • It is accessible by navigating to Channel > Channel Handover within the WMS.


  • New Return Reports

    • In the reporting section of WMS, two new reports, "Returns Order Wise Report (Completed)" and "Returns Order Wise Report (Received)," have been introduced for tracking return status.

    • A new "Shipper" filter has been incorporated into the returns report generation, enabling the creation of Shipper-specific return reports.


  • Proship Order status on Shopify

    • For Shopify integrated brands, the order status on Proship is now integrated and visible within Shopify.


  • Unicommerce - Order Cancellation Sync

    • With this update, the orders received in WMS through Unicommerce will now synchronize cancellations, even at the stock allocation stage, eliminating the picking process and discovering cancellations during the sorting stage.


Enhancements


  • Returns Handlers Tracking

    • The WMS now enables tracking of individuals handling the return process, offering enhanced visibility, reporting, and analytics to measure and optimize productivity.

    • In the Returns Reports, two new columns called "Processed by" and "Completed by" have been introduced, displaying the names of individuals handling the return process.


  • Manifest Status

    • The current status of the Manifest is now visible inside the Manifest Details.



  • Flipkart - Merge multiple labels

    • For orders received from Flipkart, WMS now offers the capability to merge labels for multiple orders. This can be done by selecting multiple orders and generating a merged label PDF.
