What should I do if I don't agree with the courier's charged weight?

The Weight Discrepancy Panel, located on the left side of the interface, provides visibility to all shipments that have variations in weight. This panel allows you to easily identify and track shipments where the recorded weight differs from the expected weight.

To address any discrepancies, you can initiate a dispute by simply clicking on the Dispute button. This action will prompt a resolution process to begin, allowing you to communicate and seek clarification regarding the weight differences with the relevant parties.

Furthermore, as part of your dispute, you have the option to upload images as evidence by utilizing the upload button. This feature enables you to provide supporting documentation or visual proof that substantiates your claim of a weight discrepancy.

In summary, the Weight Discrepancy Panel offers a centralized view of shipments with weight variations, granting you the ability to initiate disputes and provide additional evidence through image uploads.
