Shift Inventory (Item-Level)

Steps:

  1. Scan the Source Bin

  2. Scan the Item Barcode

  3. Scan the Destination Bin

  4. Enter the Quantity to Move

  5. Confirm the movement

Bin-to-Bin Transfer (Full Bin Movement)

Used when the entire inventory of one bin needs to be transferred to another.

Use Case: Bulk relocation during bin reorganization or stock consolidation.

Bin Consolidation (Cumulating same item from different bins)

WMS gives visibility on the current inventory, how the same item is stored in multiple bins.
Further with the help of shift inventory or Bin to Bin transfer the stocks of the same item can be consolidated.

The user needs to select, at how many locations the inventory is already present in the warehouse where the stock needs to be consolidated.

Stock Transfer (Inter warehouse Movement)

Used when the inventory is transferred from warehouse to another.

Inventory --> Stock Transfer--> Choose Source warehouse & Destination warehouse
followed by picking packing and dispatch
