Inventory Trust

Inventory Trust is a unified view in the WMS that provides users with clear, real-time insights into the overall health and status of warehouse inventory.
It helps operations teams quickly monitor stock accuracy, spot exceptions, and ensure that all inventory is correctly accounted for across the warehouse processes.

Total Inventory (Units)

  • Shows the total units physically present in the warehouse, including all good, bad, and in-process inventory.

Total Good Inventory (Units)

  • Indicates the count of healthy and sellable units ready for order allocation and dispatch.

Total Bad Inventory (Units)

  • Displays units marked as damaged, expired, or unfit for sale. Helps track quarantined or scrap stock.

Total Inventory Marked Not Found (Units)

  • Highlights units flagged as Not Found during operations like picking or cycle count. This shows potential gaps in physical vs system stock.

Total Pending Putaway (Units)

  • Represents the stock received but not yet put away into designated bins. Helps plan pending putaway tasks.

Total Pending Gate Entry (Units)

  • Shows units at the inbound gate awaiting system gate entry confirmation before GRN.
