WMS Reporting

Pre generated Monthly Reports

The WMS generates a set of warehouse wise reports on the first of a new month for all the static data for the previous month. 

• Inventory Movement Report
  Opening Inventory, Inventory In, Inventory Out and closing balance  

• Inwards : SKU Wise GRN Report

• Outwards: SKU Wise Sales Report & Orders Wise Sales Report 

orders created in last month and still in process on 1st of new month are not included in the report 

• SKU Wise Cancellation Report

• VAS Transactions Report

Generate New Reports

These are a set of on demand reports, the duration of data and filters can be applied by the user as needed.

1. Order Wise Sales Report
   The report provides the SKU wise data of all filtered orders, if an order contains 5 different SKUs, the report will have 5 rows for that order. 
   Filters :

• Warehouse (optional): If left blank the report comes out for all the warehouses

• SKU (Optional)

• Brands (Optional)

• Customer (Optional)

• Date Type : Created Date -Filtering basis order creation date 

• Start Date : report duration start date

• End Date : report duration end date

• In process : Yes → it will result in orders where the status is prior to “ready to ship”
  No → The orders in “ready to ship” and further statuses
   

2. SKU Wise Sales Report
   The report provides the order wise data of all filtered orders, there comes only one row per order in the downloaded format

• Warehouse (Mandatory): the report comes for one warehouse in one go

• Start Date : report duration start date

• End Date : report duration end date

• In process : Yes → it will result in orders where the stat`is prior to “ready to ship”
  No → The orders in “ready to ship” and further statuses
  
  

3. SKU Master Report
   The report provides all the items created in the WMS item master, it includes the default items as well as the bundle items
   
   

4. SKU Wise GRN Report
   The report provides all the GRNs done in the chosen date range, if a GRN contains 5 different SKUs, the report will have 5 rows for that GRN. 

• Warehouse (Mandatory): the report comes for one warehouse in one go

• Start Date : report duration start date

• End Date : report duration end date

• SKU/ Brand/Party(Vendor): All these are optional filters
  
  

5. Gate Entry Report
   This report provides a visibility on all the gate entries done in the chosen date range
   
   

6. Gate Entry Returns AWB Report
   This report provides a visibility on returns AWD added in a particular return gate entry. 
   
   

7. Inventory Location Report
   This report provides a visibility on current SKU wise batch wise bn wise inventory
   Filters: 

• Warehouse (Mandatory): the report comes for one warehouse in one go
  Zone: Optional
  
  

8. Inventory Report
   The current inventory snapshot, the report comes only for one warehouse at a time.
   
   

9. Inventory Report V2
   The current inventory snapshot, the report comes only for one warehouse at a time.
   In addition to “inventory report”, this report also includes the stocked that is picked but not dispatch ready yet and the stock present in the warehouse but pending for putaway
   
   

10. PutAway Pending Report
    This report provides a visibility on pending putaway from GRN, returns and order cancellations 
    
    

11. Putaway Report
    It provides put away transactions visibility, which user did for which item, qty, batch and bin
    Filters: 

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory 

• End Date: Mandatory 
  
  

12. Purchase Order Report
    Visibility on all the POs created within chosen time range

• Start date: Mandatory 

• End Date: Mandatory 
  
  

13. SKU Wise PO Report
    Visibility on all the SKU item level details of POs created within chosen time range

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory 

• End Date: Mandatory 
  
  

14. SKU Wise Return Report
    It provides visibility on new returns created (includes failed returns) which are pending to be received
    Filters-

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory 

• End Date: Mandatory 

• Status: Mandatory , can be chosen any one status here e.g. created/expected/ received/ 
  
  

15. SKU Wise Return Report (Received Returns)
    It provides visibility on new returns which are received & pending to be processed

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory

16. Returns Webcam Video Capture Adherence
    It provides warehouse wise visibility on returns video recorded for returns having at least one bad qty 
    
    

17. SKU Wise Cancellation Report
    Warehouse wise SKU wise cancelled orders, includes manual cancellation as well as marketplace cancellations 
    
    

18. Order Wise  Return Report (Completed Returns)
    It provides visibility on new returns which are received & pending to be processed

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory

19. SKU Stock Ledger Report
    It provides transactions wise visibility how the stock of chosen product varied within the time range, can be generated only for one sku at a time and the report is emailed to the user

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Start date: Mandatory 

• End Date: Mandatory 

• Product barcode : Mandatory

• Email : Mandatory ( the report is received on the email)
  
  

20. Stock Adjustment Report
    It provides the visibility on stock adjustments done within the chosen time range in a particular warehouse 
    
    

21. Stock Not Found Report
    It provides a visibility on the stock that as marked as not found while picking within the chosen date range for a particular warehouse 
    
    

22. Channel Product Mapping Report
    It provides the mapping data of WMS barcode with the respective channel SKU code
    
    

23. Order Manifest Report
    The Order Manifest Report provides order-level visibility into the dispatch process. It helps users track and audit shipments by clearly outlining:

Which orders have been dispatched
Which manifest ID each order was included in
Which shipper or logistics partner handled the dispatch

24. Pincode Warehouse Mapping Report
    This report is for D2C orders, which pin code is mapped to which warehouse for order fulfillment 
    
    

25. Stock Shift Report
    Visibility on all the “shift stock” transactions done in chosen date range for a warehouse
    
    

26. Order Packing Report
    This report provides visibility on order wise box wise SKU packed in the order and the packing material used for packing 

• Warehouse : Mandatory 

• Packing Start date: Mandatory

    Orders that went to sync failed, shows either the item is not created in the items master or the item does not have sku channel mapping
