B2C/ D2C Order Processing
The typical order journey looks like
Order Creation → Allocation → Picking→ Sorting → Packing → Ready to Ship → Manifest Closed (Dispatched)
All the orders irrespective of market place or website when pulled in the WMS will get stock allocated as soon as the order is pulled in the wms
The allocated orders are reflected in the new tab -
Outbound → B2C Orders → New Tab
B2C Order Monitoring
Outbound → B2C Orders
Multiple Tabs represent different order statuses:
New – Orders that are yet to be picked.
Picking – Orders currently being picked.
Sorting – Orders that have been picked and are pending sorting.
Packing – Orders that are being packed.
Ready to Ship (RTS) – Orders that are packed and ready for handover.
On Hold – Includes:
Insufficient stock orders.
Stuck orders due to process exceptions.
Manually put on hold orders.
Order Counts are shown on each tab for quick visibility of workload.
Within each tab:
Orders are sorted by SLA (descending) – Orders closest to SLA breach are listed at the top.
Breached orders are clearly marked or grouped together.
Each order displays Time to SLA Breach or Breach time (if already breached) for prioritization.
