ProWMS Release Notes - October, 2023

Overview

With this latest release, we are excited to present new features designed to enhance your warehouse management experience, accompanied by numerous improvements aimed at enhancing performance and reliability across the board.

New  Features

• Order wise stock diagnosis button

  • A "Diagnose Stock" button has been added to Insufficient Stock Orders, providing stock availability details for each line item.

  • These details can also be accessed in Excel format through the "Diagnose Stock Report" available by clicking the “Diagnose Stock” button.

• Fetch label button on sorting page

  • The WMS now includes a "Fetch Label" button in the "Sorting" Stage for B2C/D2C orders, enabling users to manually retrieve labels by clicking the button for orders stuck in the sorting stage.

• Tag-loop Functionality for Myntra Orders

  • In the "Packing stage" of Myntra channel orders, a new "TagLoop ID" field has been introduced for scanning the tag loop code associated with each item in the order.

  • Additionally, a "Fetch Label" button has been introduced at the bottom of the packing page, which the users are required to click after scanning the tag loops to fetch the correct label.

•  Invoice number in Order wise sales report

  • Two new columns, "Inv number" and "Channel Inv Number," have been included in the Sales Order-wise Report to display the invoice number for each order.

• ARS Email

  • ProWMS can now automatically send an email when the stock of any item reaches the replenishment level.

• Shopify orders sync failed reason

  • The reason for a sync fail issue of a Shopify order has been added in the order details against the “Sync Failed Reason” field.

Enhancements

• B2B Feed Update

  • Now, even when a large B2B order is placed and the inventory levels undergo significant changes, the inventory level is accurately pushed to the integrated marketplaces.

• GRN Excess Quantity

  • With this latest enhancement in WMS, it is no longer possible to perform GRN for excess quantity.

• Unicommerce order sync delay issue

  • There is no longer a delay issue in the syncing of Unicommerce orders to WMS.

• Stock allocation issue - D2C

  • Previously, manual allocation for D2C orders was occasionally required but has now been resolved.
