How to raise an issue?

If you need to raise an issue, please follow these steps:

  1. Look for the Help button located at the top right corner of the interface.

  2. Click on the Help button, and a ProShip Support window will appear.

  3. In the ProShip Support window, you will find mandatory fields that need to be filled in. Ensure you provide all the required information accurately.

  4. Describe the issue you are facing with precision, providing as much detail as possible. This will assist the ProShip team in understanding and addressing the problem effectively.

  5. If you encounter any error messages or visual glitches, you have the option to capture screenshots. Take screenshots of the error or relevant information to provide further clarity.

  6. If needed, you can upload up to five files containing additional information or supporting evidence related to the issue.

  7. Once you have filled in the mandatory fields, described the issue, and attached any necessary files, click on the send button or a similar option to submit your request for assistance.

  8. The ProShip team will review your issue and work towards providing a resolution.


By following these steps, you can raise an issue with ProShip and receive support from our team to resolve the matter.
