How to view COD (Cash On Delivery) details?

Once Logged in, go to the Finance section on the left side of your interface.

Under the Finance section, Click on COD Remittance.

You will have a comprehensive view of the transactions, you have the filter options of STATUS, Period (Month & Year Both)

The Flow of Status is : "Generated -> Approved -> Partially Paid -> Remitted"

GENERATED : Our system creates the remittance process based on the agreed cash-on-delivery (COD) cycle.
APPROVED : Our team reviews and approves the remittance request to ensure accuracy.
PARTIALLY PAID : If the full payment has not been made, a partial amount of the COD payment has been received, indicating a partial settlement of the outstanding amount.
REMITTED : The remittance process is considered complete when the full payment is received, and the payable amount for the COD matches the amount successfully transferred to the designated account.

You have the option to Download Remittance details by clicking on the arrow down button, an excel file will be downloaded, which will further have all details such as:

AWB Number

Order Reference

Order Date

COD Amount

Excluded COD Amount

Courier Name

Proship Delivered Marked Time

Actual Delivery Time

From Pin

To Pin

Multi Terminal Status

Flagged Order

Last Cycle COD Order
