Putaway Process

Putaway can be configured in two modes:
1. Manual Putaway
2. System Recommended Putaway

Manual Putaway

1. The operator chooses the bin manually.

2. Steps:

Scan the bin barcode.
Scan the item barcode.
Enter the quantity being put away.

System-Recommended Putaway

1. The operator scans the item.

2. WMS suggests a bin based on internal bin allocation rules.

3. The operator can:
   
   

4. Accept the suggested bin.

5. Ask for the next recommendation.

6. Skip recommendations and choose a bin manually.

Repeat the process until all quantities are put away in appropriate bins.

Once the putaway is completed, inventory levels for the items will be updated in the system.
