Picking Not Found
While performing picking, there may be exceptional cases where the picker does not find the item in the system-suggested bin.
If alternate bins contain available inventory, the WMS will suggest the next suitable bin.
However, if the missing inventory is the last available stock or part of minting stock, the system behaves differently based on the order type:
USN-Managed Inventory
If the missing item is USN-tracked, WMS will:
Mark the all the USN as "Not Found" for this BIN
Adjust down the inventory count for all units of that SKU in the bin.
Move the order to the "Insufficient Stock" bucket.
B2C Orders
If the item is not found:
WMS will mark all units of that SKU in the bin as "Not Found".
If any items were already picked, WMS will automatically open a putaway task for them.
The order will be moved to the "Insufficient Stock" bucket
B2B Orders
For B2B orders, the user has flexible options:
The user may choose to proceed with picking the remaining items in the order.
Alternatively, the user can stop picking and putaway any already picked items.
All the “Not Found” inventory and transactions can be viewed on Left Menu→ Inventory→ Not Found Inventory
