Inventory Adjustment

Inventory Adjustment

WMS allows the user to adjust inventory to reflect physical discrepancies or operational needs.

Steps:

1. Go to Inventory > Adjustment
   
   

2. Scan the Item
   
   

3. The system displays all bins where the item is available
   
   

4. Select the action items against the respective bin and update the quantity based on the requirement
   
   

Note: the user must enter the final quantity, not the change (delta).
 Example: If the current quantity is 10 and the user wants to add 2 units, enter 12.

Types of Adjustments:

1. Add Good / Reduce Good
   
   

2. Add Bad / Reduce Bad
   
   

3. Good to Bad (Reclassification)
   
   

4. Bad to Good (Reclassification)

Go to inventory adjustment → Scan/ enter the SKU barcode→ Choose the action

Enter the new qty, add remarks and click SAVE.
