B2B Order Packing

• After picking completion → On B2B Order Picking Screen → Click on Move to Packing 

• On Packing Screen → Assign a Packer → Click on Pack Order 

• On Order Packing Screen 
  Select a packing station → Open Box → Choose a Packing box from drop down → Scan items to add, enter qty to be packed in this box → Scan another item and enter qty 

Keep a adding until the box is filled 

Packing Slip

For each bx WMS generates a packing slip with a unique QR code 

• The packing slip displays the SKU, qty and weight of  the box  

• 

• Repeat the above step until all the items in the order are packed 

• The Box wise packing slips can be downloaded to paste on the boxes 

• Click on Complete Packing 

Skip Packing Configuration 

• If there is no need to mix and match products or if cartons are shipped exactly as received (for example, pre-packed cartons from the vendor), the WMS can be configured to skip the entire open box / close box packing flow.

• In such cases, the user can bypass the packing screen by simply entering the total number of boxes with a single click.
   This saves time and effort while ensuring that the shipment is directly marked Ready to Dispatch without requiring detailed box-wise scanning or labelling inside the WMS.
