On Hold B2C Orders

On Hold

There could be a number of reasons when an order would sit in the on hold tab : 

  1. On hold - Insufficient Stock 
    As the name suggests if the WMS does not have stock while allocating the order would remain in on hold as insufficient stock status 

  2. Manually Put on hold 

All Orders → On hold icon 

Similarly orders can be removed from on hold through the same screen
