Tag Loop Codes for Myntra Marketplace Orders

What is a Tag loop?

• Tag loops are inalterable locks with an embedded scannable code.

• During the packing process in the WMS, it is essential to capture the Tag Loop code, which is transmitted to Myntra APIs when confirming the packing of a B2C shipment.

• Myntra Logistics will utilize these Tag Loop Codes to enhance the traceability of customer returns for an improved customer returns process.

Categories where tag loop is applicable:

• Myntra requires capturing of tag loops on following product categories: 

  • Accessories

  • Footwear 

  • Apparel 

Changes in the ProWMS Flow:

1. In the “Packing stage” of the B2C orders, a new field named "TagLoop ID" has been introduced, as shown in the figure below. 

2. It is necessary to scan the tag loop code associated with each item into this newly introduced "TagLoop ID" field.

3. Once the tag loop code for an item has been successfully scanned, proceed to click the 'Submit' button to confirm the entry.

4. Similarly, this process of scanning the tag loop code must be repeated for every item included in the order.

5. After successfully scanning and submitting the tag loop codes for all items, users can proceed to generate the labels. This can be done by clicking on the "Fetch Label" button located at the bottom of the screen, as indicated in the figure. This process can take anywhere from 5 to 30 seconds.

6. Once the labels are fetched, users can print the shipping labels and invoices. To do so, simply click on the respective "Print Shipping Label" and "Print Invoice" buttons.

7. Finally, to conclude the packing stage, click on the "Complete Packing" button. Please note that the complete packing button is only active after the shipping label has been fetched from the marketplace. 

8. The rest of the process of packing the orders remains the same. 

Note: The Labels cannot be generated until the 'TagLoop ID' has been successfully scanned for all items in the orders.
